Stacy Lynn Shepanek
Artist, Ceramicist behind Mud Pie Studio Stacy Lynn Shepanek grew up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and went
to school in Wilmington North Carolina. She lived in the North - briefly - then retreated home after her first real snowstorm,
and settled in Raleigh.
Stacy has a background in Land Planning, Marketing and Graphic Design. Always drawn
toward creative and artistic work, she left her day job in 2007 to pursue her passion for Ceramics. She currently works out
of her home, and out of Claymakers Studio in Downtown Durham. Her work has been featured in boutiques around the country,
and is featured locally at the Durham Craft Market and in the Claymakers Gallery.
